We do not rely solely on our products to attain a brand positioning that can fully satisfy our customers. It is important for us to promote our brands’ concepts through every opportunity, so that our customers can experience unique sense of hospitality. For example, we design our stores based upon the principles of ergonomics. Items are positioned at the optimum "easy to see" and "easy to get to" locations by analyzing customer traffic lines in accordance with their natural eye movements. Another example is that we change the designs of our shopping bags during our sales periods. These ideas and services, harmonized with our products, make shopping at our stores enjoyable experience resulting in the frequenting of our customers to each of our brand stores.

We offer a sense of enjoyment unique for e-commerce stores, for example, by way of having customers send in pictures of their own fashion styling and sharing the joy of coordination.
